My stay at Mosaico & Residence surpassed all my expectations. Not only did the hotel go above and beyond by promptly returning my forgotten shower bag, but the presence of ironing facilities in the room was immensely convenient. The air conditioning provided a perfect escape from the summer heat, and the complimentary mini-bar, stocked with refreshing drinks, was a delightful touch that added to the overall luxurious experience. The combination of a separate tub and shower in the spacious bathroom, equipped with high-quality free toiletries, truly enhanced my relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail and exceptional amenities truly made my stay unforgettable.
